As someone who struggles with anxiety and has been for almost 10 years, I have got very good at practicing mindfulness. In this section I will take you back to the basics of mindfulness, and show you that you don’t have to be a grass skirt wearing hippy to embrace it.

I also put my diary posts in this section, which are a weekly opportunity for me to reflect on what has happened in my life.
