A positive attitude causes a chain reaction of positive thoughts, events and outcomes. It is a catalyst and it sparks extraordinary results. Your mind is a powerful thing. When you fill it with positive thoughts, your life will start to change. Positive thinking will set you free. It is so so important that you start to learn how to think positively.

Start being thankful
When you take the time to be thankful you are telling your brain to look for the good in the world instead of the bad.
Stop thinking negatively
I know, I know, easier said than done, right? But, try to do this: when you feel ugly, tell yourself that you are beautiful. Get into the routine of repeating positive affirmations to yourself multiple times a day. Consistency is key! This change will not happen overnight, it takes time and effort to start believing this positivity that you are filling yourself with each and every day.
Not every day will be easy! We will have bad days where positive thinking will be very very difficult. This is when you grab a journal or scrap piece of paper and write down everything that’s running through your mind or talk to a friend to get it all out!
Mix with other positive people
Speaking from experience positivity is infectious. My boyfriend is one of the most positive people I have ever met. When I am around here I can’t help but look on the bright side of life.
Unfortunately, the same goes for negativity is also infectious so avoid those negative people in your life who bring you down! Find positive people to spend your time with, it will be better for you in the long run.
Keep a record of each and every day. This will help you get through your bad days as you can look back at these records to remind yourself of all the good things that have happened up until that bad day when you are struggling.
Stop comparing yourself to others
Focus on what you are best at! Don’t compare yourself to others, you have your strengths and they have their own strengths! You are awesome just the way you are!
Meditation is one of the most powerful tools you can have in your toolbox. Without a doubt, it will bring you immense positive energy in your daily life.
Positive thinking will set you free! It is so important that you learn how to do it!

Hi, I’m Anne also known as Forever the Wanderer. I am a travel, mental health, lifestyle and health & wellness, blogger and amateur vlogger. I am from Ireland but soon moving to New Zealand which is very exciting! I have always had a passion for writing and I decided to create my blog in March of this year.
